    Boris’ background in both finance and economics has enabled him to identify and implement lease structures that effectively arbitrate tenant and landlord objectives. Joining MB Real Estate in 2002, Boris plays an instrumental role in the group’s delivery of strategic and financial services to a broad range of industries. He provides solutions on all facets of the transaction including lease negotiations, valuation and facility acquisition, demographic analyzation, and disposition.

    Boris began his career as part of the Corporate Finance and Capital Markets team at General Growth Properties. He was involved in the due diligence, acquisition and finance for 18 regional shopping centers and four office buildings valued at more than $1.6 billion. Prior to joining MB Real Estate, Boris spent two years at Studley in the Midwest Accounts team where he focused on new business development in the St. Louis, Detroit and Minneapolis markets.
