Pamela Rose A well-known tenant representation specialist, Ms. Pamela Rose joined MB Real Estate as senior vice president of Corporate Services in October 2007. Ms. Rose has been active in commercial real estate since the early 1980s. Prior to joining MB Real Estate, she was founder and President of Rose & Associates, a leading office brokerage and tenant representation boutique company in Chicago. While operating Rose & Associates, Ms. Rose completed over $2 billion in office lease transactions exclusively on behalf of large space users, including over 20 major deals on behalf of Motorola, Inc. Other clients Ms. Rose worked with include Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture, AMCOL International, Bear Stearns, Cole-Taylor Bank, Cox Communications, and Morton’s Steak House. Ms. Rose balances her active career with family life and philanthropy by giving back to the community through her involvement with several charitable organizations. Ms. Rose is a board member of the Art Institute of Chicago’s Architecture and Design Society. She is the board chair of JET and the founder of JETnet. She is also on the Illinois Executive Counsel of AIPAC, and she is an active member of the governing board of Hillels of Illinois. Ms. Rose is also a co-chair of JUF’s real estate and trades society and she is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Illinois. |
