MB Real Estate Advisors

Created in response to an increasing trend of outsourcing, MB Real Estate Advisors is the consulting arm of the Investment Services Division. The group provides 360-degree analysis of new real estate opportunities or potential issues with existing properties for clients who may not have sufficient time or manpower to perform the analysis in-house. The vision? To help their clients make highly-informed decisions before real estate opportunities are lost or profits are impacted.

MB Real Estate Advisors is run by a team of expert analysts and trouble-shooters who provide full-scale strategic analysis and consulting when clients need to call in the “Special Forces” for their real estate investments. These services include investment analysis, due diligence, market research and analysis, capital markets advisory, construction advisory, and transaction management services.
