A well-known member of the Chicago Real Estate community since 1984, Mr. Davidson is MB Real Estate's Executive Vice President and Managing Director of Corporate Services. With his vast experience as a tenant representative, Mr. Davidson brings to the negotiating table a comprehensive understanding of the relocation process when representing his clients.

Mr. Davidson has represented several well-known local and national firms and organizations. Locally, he has represented CCC Information Services, US Bancorp, Sedgwick Claims, and Tenneco Packaging. On a national level, he has represented clients such as Credit Agricole, Dow Jones & Company, Encyclopaedia Britannica, Inc., Knightsbridge Solutions, PPM America, Sara Lee Corporation, and Technology Solutions Company.

With a broad range of market knowledge, Mr. Davidson has an expert understanding of the needs of law firms (Power Rogers & Smith, Wildman Harrold Allen & Dixon, Bollinger Ruberry & Garvey, and Levin & Ginsburg), medical facilities (Gyncor and Michael Reese Hospital outpatient care facilities), and not-for-profit organizations (Children’s Memorial, Northwestern Memorial, University of Chicago, National Futures, Appraisal Institute, Visiting Nurses Association, and the Spencer Foundation).

In addition to tenant representation, Mr. Davidson has represented several clients on building purchases, including Sara Lee Corporation, Northwestern Memorial, and Kolcraft Enterprises.

Respected in the Chicago real estate community, Mr. Davidson was a three-time finalist for the Chicago Sun-Times Broker of the Year award. In addition, Commercial Property News (1995) and Real Estate Forum (1996) both featured Mr. Davidson as one of the country's top tenant representatives.

Prior to joining MB Real Estate, Mr. Davidson was a founding member and Principal of Goldie B. Wolfe & Company, a tenant representation firm acquired by Insignia ESG in 1998.

Committed to the community, Mr. Davidson is an active board member and vice chair of the Medical Research Institute Council for Children's Memorial Hospital.

He is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Illinois and holds a MBA from the University of Michigan.
